Hidradenocarcinoma (HAC) is an exceedingly rare and aggressive malignant tumor of the adnexal eccrine apocrine sweat gland. Due to its low incidence rate, nonspecific clinical presentation, similar histopathological features benign hidradenoma (HA), HAC often misdiagnosed as counterpart.
